Bloom Dead Sea Life is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees in your country.


1. Shipping Locations
We Ship Worldwide . Please note that certain countries may be excluded due to shipping restrictions. If we do not currently ship to your location, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate your needs.


2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping services that typically take 3-7 business days for delivery. Orders are processed promptly, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight of your order, and your delivery address.

5. International Shipping
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that certain countries may be excluded due to shipping restrictions.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your location and local customs processing times.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).


7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. If there are any significant delays in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


8. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at info@bloom.com.jo within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.


9. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you require a shipping solution for these types of addresses, please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@bloom.com.jo


10. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
